AC Marriott

Sitting on the last piece of prime beachfront property on the beautiful Gulf Coast where Florida meets with Alabama, ownership awarded JCER to design an existing historic church into an AC Marriott as an adaptive reuse development. We started by adding multiple levels onto the existing church, along with additions to this complicated adaptive reuse development, all while successfully working with Marriott International to create a completely custom and unique AC by Marriott on the beach.
