The model room for the Hyatt Place Renovation is coming along nicely. This is a Property Improvement Plan (PIP) renovation of an existing 127 room Hyatt Place in North Phoenix Arizona. So far it’s moving along smoothly. Consistent meetings with Ownership, Interior Design group, FF&E manufacturer, and the Contractor have made this custom renovation a unique addition to the portfolio.
