Dubbed as the crown jewel of Wyndham Worldwide, this iconic Pittsburgh downtown hotel required a complete overhaul and PIP renovation of the Public and guest room spaces by Wyndham Worldwide. Working hand in hand with ownership, we meticulously designed a completely custom design pallet by encapsulating and respecting the timeless legacy of this symbolic downtown hotel. Value engineering multiple phases of the renovation without sacrificing the quality and convenience of the guest experience, we came in on time and under budget, exceeding ownership, and brand expectations.
